Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup cannot be returned unless faulty. Earrings and intimate items are also non-returnable.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
