How it works
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- Share your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange.
- Our team confirms eligibility and arranges pickup or drop-off.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, opened makeup cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Sale items may be exchanged but are not eligible for cash refunds.
